Signed up for a 10 mile/16 km running event in late May. Last time I ran this event was about 10 years ago and am now actually slightly lighter and certainly healthier than I was then. Hoping to complete in under two hours.7

My brother and sister in laws baby shower. They bought me this really cute shirt that says “best aunt ever” and I really want to fit in it comfortably:)10

Normally, I'd have a story of pants -- an epic tale of adventure and dragons and fire-breathing dragonpants. My quip is at an all-time low (this weekend is filled with stomach flu) and I suspect the dragonpants had a hand in orchestrating this speedbump. It's always the dragonpants, wanting to win.
Anyway, what's motivating me right now is being to fit into and wear this awesome leather jacket I bought before regaining the 20lbs from all the health issues and lack of care in what I ate. I'm probably (I estimate) about 5lbs away from when I bought it. Right now, I'm digging it out of the 5lb prison the dragonpants put it into. Don't you worry, little Leather jacket. I'mma free you. I'mma wear you. And then I'll storm the dragonpants castle.
Them dragonpants will see me coming with my awesome leather jacket. Them darn pants won't win. (psst, they don't know, but. I already broke through the first round and tamed the next size down). THAT'S RIGHT DRAGON PANTS. I'M COMING FOR YOU.

We have a day where we are supposed to show up in our traditional national costumes; it is still rather tight but at least the buttons close. Every mm I can lose till Friday is a win!4

I want to weigh 179lbs by my organization's annual general meeting. That will mark approximately 30lb loss since last year's event. I'm 185 right now and I have a month left. It's going to be close but I'm motivated!13

Goal is to get into the 150’s by June 2 (my birthday) CW 164.45

Mini goals:
1) Get to the 50# mark (currently at -36, so about 14 to go) by the 4th of July.
2) Lose another size in jeans by the 1st of June (currently down 2 sizes)
3) Be faithful to log EVERYTHING in May.6 -
I'm at a59.3lb loss. I want to get over the 60 lbs point. Still 18 lbs to get to my initial goal of 160. I started at 238.5 last March 17th.9

I really want to get to 9 stone, I'm the biggest I've ever been as a UK size 12 and it's mainly just to my laziness so I'm going to get more active and keep a track on my calorie intake without trying a specific diet - just moderation because I want a lifestyle change x3

My first mini goals are to drop under 20st for the first time in years, then to drop to my lightest weight in the past year (under 277lb), then to drop from morbidly obese to obese! I'm playing the long game here but its good to keep these mini goals in mind3

Now that I'm making it through the day without a nap, I'm shooting for a minimum of a 30 minute walk, 3 times a week. Then clearance from the docs and 5Ks and lifting again. Weight goal is 5 lbs in May. The big picture mini goal is to be healed enough to get into the water again.4

05/03/18 -- I come from a fairly sedentary desk job, so my mini goal is to be consistently hitting 7000 steps each day this week .. so far I have checked off 3 days where I have been over 7k steps... gradually working up to 10K9
