Once in awhile, when I'm really missing peanut butter cups, I like to take a spoonful of peanut butter and put chocolate chips on top and slowly eat it for dessert. It's awesome.

Yes! I do this....too often. LOL
I don't think I've ever tried anything with PB that I didn't like.

You can make a tasty smoothy if you freeze a few bananas or cauliflower then cut them up and bend them together with peanut butter and milk (I use soya for mine, you can also use coconut and almond milk) you can also add extra fruits/ chocolate powder and protein powder if you like.

    Peanut butter is life.

Simple recipe but mix your granola with a scoop of peanut butter. That's my go-to breakfast every morning and it fills me up.

Anything with peanut butter is my favorite! I love banana and peanut butter with cinnamon, oreos and peanut butter (when I'm having a cheat snack), or peanut butter on a spoon!!

This is by far my favorite use of PB (and it's so quick to make!):

    EASY PEANUT NOODLES

1 pack brown rice noodles (makes 1 serving)
    2 T smooth peanut butter
    1 T soy sauce
    1 T water
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp red pepper flakes (omit if you don't like spicy)

To prepare noodles, boil water in small sauce pan. Once boiling, turn off heat, add noodles and set timer for 5 minutes. While noodles are cooking, in a single serving bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth sauce consistency. When noodles are done, drain, add to bowl and stir into noodles. Top with more red pepper flakes if you like it super spicy.

I saw a video on YouTube that you can mix equal parts of non-fat Greek yogurt to double the volume of peanut butter. I tried it and now I'm addicted to it

    2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (Smooth)
1 Scoop BioTech USA Brown Rice Protein (chocolate & cinnamon flavour) - this one actually mixes/tastes amazing
    1 Banana
Oat / Almond / Coconut Milk
    Ice

    Blend, serve and enjoy!

It contains loads of plant-based protein, no cholesterol, plant sugars, and good-for-your-heart fats.
My fave post-workout smoothie, or "pre-dinner" to avoid overeating in the evening.

When I'm craving something super sweet I do a simple cookie recipe.
    1 egg
    1 cup of brown sugar
    1 cup of peanut butter

not the best healthy recipe but doesn't need flour and all that..
I usually do 3/3/3 because the guys eat these in a day.
