Got serious (Jan 16th 2018): 208lbs

April goal: 183 lbs
Ultimate goal: 180 lbs (BMI <25)

I didn't quite reach my April goal of 183. But I am still declaring April a success. I made changes to my expectations and routines based on lots of good information on MFP. I started this change in January and the weight came off fast. At first I just mindlessly bumped my loss goals towards losing more faster. Then I got to thinking, do I really want to loos this much this fast. Probably not. So I adjusted my expectations a little. Meanwhile, I have met my original goal of 185 by July 1 (assuming no significant increase). And I am still well on track to meet my ultimate goal of under 180 by July 1st.
So I remained diligent about logging and watching portions. And I keep "listening" to my body and will adjust as needed. It seems that Garmin and MFP want me to eat more calories for my steps. But I am still eating about half as I see how these adjustments work out.

Kind of had a few heavy eating days...but luckily found out why I had this urge to eat and eat and eat.
I am learning a lot about myself.
I went back up to 66.6kg but ending the month on 65.3kg. Didn't achieve my goal...but I am almost there!1 -
