Just started “again”. I’ve never used the community. Please add me as a “friend”. I need support and encouragement and to learn from others. I’m struggling making time for exercise and switching from carbs to protein. Luckily, I do not have a sweet tooth! Need to loose 50 lbs but in a sustainable amount of time.1

Sounds like what I have been needing for a while.... When I have a bad eating day, I tend not to log.... I need people to keep me honest with myself and help keep me motivated when I start to feel like sleeping in instead of just getting up and getting it done!!!
Please add me!0 -

I would love to join you! Please explain how this all works as I am brand new to MFP. Thank you!0

I’d like to participate too. I’m new to MFP and not sure how all this works. Please add me to the group.0

I am SOOO new at this! Would love to participate in your group. Not sure how to join, but I'm trying.0

As far as I know this is not an official “ group” it is just a thread where we post weekly weigh ins, etc.
Weekly weigh in:
Last week: 200.4 lbs
This week: 197.8 lbs
April 1st weigh in: 203.0
May 1st weigh in: 199.0
So I’ve lost 5.2 lbs since this thread started and 43.2 lbs overall. I am back under 200 lbs and am thrilled!7 -
I would also like to join in. Over the past few years, I have lost 30 lbs using the Dash diet. However, recently I feel unmotivated and at a plateau. I was comtemplating going back to WW (even though the program never stuck with me in the past). I decided to use MFP instead. 25 lbs by Sept 1 is an attainable goal and would put me around the 200 mark, which I haven't seen in a very long time. Looking forward to talking to everyone, Jackie
