UUGG!! had to go out to an unexpected wake tonight, so late supper was "grab what you can" .. my system doesn't know what to do with larger amounts of fat (aka thin crust frozen pizza) any more! Still kept things to a decent score, when the exercise was factored in - but tummy not happy with me!1

Hello my weight loss trudging buddies! Unfortunately, I have to stop actively participating in this challenge. Although I still plan to check in and cheer you all on. I am 8 weeks pregnant (surprise!?) so losing weight right now is not advised. I plan to use what I've learned and continue a routine of tracking for nutritional purposes and to keep my gestational weight gain within the recommended 15-20 lbs. I have thoroughly enjoyed this challenge and getting to know many of you. Best wishes, Your Newly Pregnant Cheerleader
P.S. Any tips, experience being on MFP while preggers (caloric settings, goals, etc) are welcome!5 -

I joined the Fat2Fit Challenge/Support group at the beginning of May, in addition to staying here. It's been great. June registration is open, so take a look at https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10669784/fat2fit-wlc-registration-page-now-accepting-june-registrations to see if you think it's for you. In addition to being placed on a team (either as a challenger or as part of a Cheer Squad) you can also register for a one-to-one Buddy Match (not a same-team member) for additional mutual support.1

We are only 2-days later than my "official weekly weigh-in" above, but for both those days I have been under 160. Looking forward to Friday's June 1 weigh-in! And today marks my 45-day streak since reactivating in MFP.2
