So was MIA for 2 weeks.
Major hassle in work and working 7/12 hr days.
Major stress equals major stress eating!
Takeaways and ready meals etc.
Anyway i am going to reign it back in now. And do a shop and prepare lunches etc.
Having poached eggs, spinach & grilled vine tomatoes for brekkie.
Welcome to all the newbies and well done to those who have lost the lbs.
Keep going even if you have a bad week or 2 just get back to it when you can and go again.

Since today is Fitness Friday - I just thought I'd mention that I did the 5-minute Fit Test this morning. (built into the exercise bike options in my gym)
[cue drum roll ..... and .... taDA!!]
I rated "Above Average" for my gender/age/weight, with a VO2 max score of 29.8!!! (not 100% sure what VO2 is, but the number has been higher every time I've done this, and the first one (March? early April?) was ~ 24.something, and rated "below average")
Apparently, VO2 max is the measurement of the maximum amount of oxygen that an individual can utilize during intense, or maximal exercise. It is measured as milliliters of oxygen used in one minute per kilogram of body weight .... so, well done, me!2 -
How do I join? Have lost 55lb. Currently 226. I'd like to be under 200 by 1 Sept, the first day of the Australian spring.0

I was down to 197.3 haven't checked in for 2 weeks and I'm back up to 200. Weight loss is not linear, my daughters birthday was on the 2nd, my birthday was on the 10th, teacher appreciation day=lots of treats!
Sunday is food prep day...back on track for the week. Just came back from a walk.
Question: Can MFP friends see or get notified when I reply on a forum if they are not also on the forum?1 -
I would love to join this group. I really need some support, I don't really have anyone so am finding it really difficult on my own. I have lost 2 stone in the past year and need to lose at least another 4-5. I have lost motivation totally and need some help, I know this sounds stupid but please someone I need help just to get through the day.2
