@mom23mangos you did great on both! The calzone dough probably just needed to be rolled out a little thinner. The pizza is better I think anyway. That's why I haven't made the calzone again. I did make the steak and cheese into a pizza as well.

I think it depends what kind of yogurt you use too! If it's wetter, you need more flour. The fage is very dry, triple strained.

PS my favorite healthy recipe website is http://www.skinnytaste.com

Delicious food that uses real ingredients, and also easy to track because tons of people have already put the recipes into MFP.

I love all of her recipes too! I think my favorites are the Mexican cauliflower rice and lasagne soup.

Today was a struggle and I could use some good vibes and prayers. Being a parent of “adult” kids is hard!!!

Sorry, I've not posted on here for a while.

Happy Thursday all, let's make today count and smash those goals!

Bouncing back with a spin class at 12.30 and I've per booked Saturday's pump session.

I always assumed that being a parent would become easier, but unfortunately not, it just brings a whole lot off new challenges - positivity and prayers sending your way!

Lasagna soup sounds intriguing, I'll have to check it out.

Thanks for the support everyone. I have two girls age 23 and 18. The 23 teaches 3rd grade and is pretty self sufficient. The 18 year old is awesome but has had a few bumps in the road this Spring. I know it will get better.

It does get better. I was having problems with my oldest daughter too. Then she went away to university last year and things have totally changed. She's always been a very independant person so getting out on her own is what she really needed.

It will get better. Deep breaths....count to 10....and if all else fails a good kickboxing class works wonders ;)

Oh no, my son is 16 and I keep hoping it will get easier. They aren't kids any more but not really adults mentally yet. I keep reminding myself that he has to learn from his own mistakes just like I did.

    Hugs!
