Happy Mother's Day!
I'm still here. Still stuck. Though I was un-stuck, but popped back up again.
Hot weather came suddenly, I can tell it took my body a minute to acclimate. Hopefully things start moving again soon. I was retaining water forva few days, then let it go. Hoping my body finds its equilibrium again.

I lost less than my goal for the week, but I'm still happy with the loss. I know I wasn't super strict with the kinds of foods I ate last week, so this week I'm going to be more mindful of what kinds of foods I'm eating and overall, decreasing the amount of not so nutritious food that I eat in a week.4 -

Pretty Good week...The weight-loss train is slowly moving--but I'll take it! I'll take every ounce loss...
Now that my finances are looking up, I am going to try to concentrate on my keto diet again.

You’ll get there. The small gain could be water weight or it could be muscle (yay!). Hang in there. I’ve had weeks of no change while maintaining great lifestyle behaviors & then all of a sudden the scale moves down.3 -

Lady, you have an uncanny way of keeping me motivated. Thanks for that!
This week is a tough one to stay on track and I know I will be off track a couple of days this week. I didn't overdo Mother's Day or today, but tomorrow is our wedding anniversary, the next day is my husband's birthday and the day after that is my birthday. Also, tomorrow we are having a belated birthday lunch at work for a coworker, and my birthday lunch will be next week.
Food coming from everywhere! On our birthdays we go to an Italian place where you get a free meal on your birthday so we go 2 nights in a row.
So yeah, I don't expect much progress this week.
I do log every calorie. It does help me not super-overdo it.

Updated. Loss has slowed down a bit, but I was hoping for more (as in hoping for less loss). Still pushing myself to up the calories without trashing the habit-building I've been doing around food.

Thanks! Yeah hopefully it’s muscle!0 -
This week has been very challenging with Mother's Day, and we also had a couple of social events to attend. I went over my calories two days, but I just kept tracking. Happy to still see the scale still go down despite things.
