For the past two weeks I've been bouncing from 193.6 to 192.6, never really going up or down. I'm hoping it's just a plateau after my crazy April, but it's getting super frustrating to not see any scale changes5 -

Happy Mother's Day!
I'm still here. Still stuck. Though I was un-stuck, but popped back up again.
Hot weather came suddenly, I can tell it took my body a minute to acclimate. Hopefully things start moving again soon. I was retaining water forva few days, then let it go. Hoping my body finds its equilibrium again.
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Goal: 180 in however long it takes.

Well I went in the wrong direction this week and not sure why. I worked out every morning and walked every night except Friday night when I went out to dinner with friends. I wouldn’t think 1 dinner out would make me gain when I was good all week.4
