    Yeah, this definitely motivates me. I am working my way from 206 down to 145-150 and seeing your photos reinvigorates me. It shows me that yes, 50 pounds is a DRASTIC difference. You look incredible! Congratulations to you. :)

    You remind me of myself and where I am now (197) and trying to get to 150. I hope that I can loose as fast as you did. Thanks for the motivation and the iinspiration.

    Where did everyone go?

    I am on Day #5 of Turbo Fire. Keeping of the motivation is hard but I will complete the whole 9 week program! Next week I plan on getting up extra early and walking two miles every morning with my dogs, then work, then Turbo Fire in the evenings OR swap them around.

    Either way it = more exercise!

    i started out at 204 i am currently at 184 and my first goal is 155. i cant wait to get there. i hope i look as good as you do once i make it there.
