    notes:
I lost less than my goal for the week, but I'm still happy with the loss. I know I wasn't super strict with the kinds of foods I ate last week, so this week I'm going to be more mindful of what kinds of foods I'm eating and overall, decreasing the amount of not so nutritious food that I eat in a week.

    Happy Mother's Day!

I'm still here. Still stuck. Though I was un-stuck, but popped back up again.

Hot weather came suddenly, I can tell it took my body a minute to acclimate. Hopefully things start moving again soon. I was retaining water forva few days, then let it go. Hoping my body finds its equilibrium again.

Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.

    Lowest since 1999: 195.

Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.

    MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233

Goal: 180 in however long it takes.

    Weekly averages:
    April 23rd to April 29th: 204.7
    April 30th to May 6th: 204.6
    May 7th to May 13th: 204.9

    Loss for May: 0.2 GAIN

    MFP Loss: 28.1 lbs.

Total cumulative loss since mid 2015: 38.1 lbs.

    Until next week,

    Move more, eat less.

Well I went in the wrong direction this week and not sure why. I worked out every morning and walked every night except Friday night when I went out to dinner with friends. I wouldn’t think 1 dinner out would make me gain when I was good all week.

You’ll get there. The small gain could be water weight or it could be muscle (yay!). Hang in there. I’ve had weeks of no change while maintaining great lifestyle behaviors & then all of a sudden the scale moves down.

    Thanks! Yeah hopefully it’s muscle!
