Hey Tracie et al! Couldn't weigh myself this morning, but I will tomorrow. I've had two days eating at maintenance so I doubt I'll have a crazy loss, but we'll see.
Hugs to everyone that went up this week! I know how much it sucks but don't be discouraged! We know this is going to take some time, and it's better to do it nice and slow. We're learning as we go! xx2 -

Weighed in on yesterday, the 10th and was happy there was some loss, but ended up eating 880 calories of pizza (4 slices) last night and now it's the weekend so hoping I don't keep blowing it. I gotta really be disciplined these next few weeks because my son's graduation is coming up at the end of the month and that's a road trip for that and a few party days so I know that's going to be challenging.4 -

This has been a tough week and a half for me. Worked 9/10 days, 12-16 hour days. Exhausted, not working out, and mostly eating whatever was easiest and convenient. Should be better moving forward. Finally off today, but I will be taking this as a rest day and plan to regroup tomorrow!2 -

That's great your stomach measurements are down. I had gone down 3 inches in the waist but now it went up some and it doesn't seem to go back down. When I look in the mirror I see loss in other areas, but that stomach is so stubborn.0 -

You mean from 206 to 170?
I'm 6'0 btw.
I'm on a low carb / high protein diet.
So basically no bread / no potatoes / no pasta.
But I do eat pasta from time to time.
I just eat what the family eats most of the times.
I have an active job, so I can consume a lot of calories.
And I haven't been working out at all, yet.
I started running just last week.
And I'll probably get back into Kettlebell workouts.
I've done those before and it's one of the best ways to burn calories.
