Hi,
Weigh in this week was a slight increase , but I have been taking stomach measurements and that was down. I think mothers day threw a spanner in the works.
16th April - 233

That's great your stomach measurements are down. I had gone down 3 inches in the waist but now it went up some and it doesn't seem to go back down. When I look in the mirror I see loss in other areas, but that stomach is so stubborn.0 -

Great work. What was your diet/workout to go from 206 to 190 in just over 50 days? How tall are you? I am 5'7

You mean from 206 to 170?
I'm 6'0 btw.
I'm on a low carb / high protein diet.
So basically no bread / no potatoes / no pasta.
But I do eat pasta from time to time.
I just eat what the family eats most of the times.
I have an active job, so I can consume a lot of calories.
And I haven't been working out at all, yet.
I started running just last week.
And I'll probably get back into Kettlebell workouts.
I've done those before and it's one of the best ways to burn calories.

Well it amazes me too and I actually started 2 weeks before this and lost 16 lbs in those 2 weeks.
So I'm now down from 206 to 166 in 9 weeks total.
Guess my diet works very well for me.
