I'm excited to have found this program. I have been trying to find a program to track food and exercise for a while. Over 3 years ago I weighted 300 lbs. I lost down to 198 but over the last year I gained back 50 lbs. About 6 months ago I started watching what I ate and am back down to 230 lbs. Now I am trying to eat very low carbs, high protein and fat. Basic Keto is what I'm working toward. This is a life change not a diet. I'm ready for the change and hopefully this site will help.
