Round 41 GOAL = Stay under Maintenance calories on average for the 10 days and run three times.
5/18 - 128.2 - Taking this new challenge seriously. Log food every day, I have been falling down on that.
5/19 - 128.6 - logged food and under maintenance, 10K steps. By logging, I got to see that the ratio of snacks to real food was SHOCKING. So, good information!! Admittedly, temptations showed up, but.
5/20 -130.2 - sadness for my own mess-ups, and resolve. Anxiety and comforting myself with food. Way over yesterday on calories, under on exercise. Rising every time I fall....
5/21 - 128.6 - yesterday under calories, ate only a 200 calorie "treat" protein bar in the sugar dept, 11K steps. One day at a time.

5/18 - Eating healthy, have to get on track for exercise.
5/19- Logging my food daily, watching my salt intake, working on my exercise.
5/20- Have to try to get my walking steps up. Today I really watched what I ate and I felt really bloated maybe still because of my my surgery, frustrating but have to keep trying.
5/21- Three mile walk, worked on stretches- upper body. Lots of vegetables, fruit and water.5 -

5/18: 501.0- Upset with myself. Already today is off to a bad start. But on Saturday I’m starting to crack down and hopefully do a lot better.
5/19: 508.6- No weigh in when I first woke up. I got caught up and busy. But I decided to weigh myself at night after a day of eating nothing but crap and the regret has seriously sunk in. I’ve officially decided to join Weight Watchers but I’m going to keep using Myfitnesspal as an extra tool. Sunday is the day I change my life..hopefully.
5/20: 505.0- Today is my first day on Weight Watchers. I’m loving it so far.
5/21: 502.6- Lost 2.4 pounds the first day of Weight Watchers. Of course it might be water weight but I’m just glad to see it working.

5/21 -- 184.0 In one more pound I'll hit the 20lbs mark. Still plenty of miles to go, but it will feel good to pass that marker. I'm starting to feel some difference in my clothes though I don't see any in the mirror yet.
5/22 -- 183.2 Very close to my lowest weight since 2014. Once I pass that I'll feel like I'm making real progress.

5/22 - 63.9kg (-0.9kg) - I don't know what happened there but I am not complaining! My guess is water weight dropping off after a low carb and low sodium day yesterday. I'm taking it as a win though! Back to my SW from R35 and readjusting my goal for this round.

5/18 143.2 - maddeningly went up half a pound between signing up for this and weighing myself onthe first morning. However it was motivating as I'd already decided to have a "fasting day" (ie under 400 cals) to kickstart this, and as I was taking things in and out of storage spent most of the day on my feet so it was relatively easy not to eat. Ate some celery, 12 almonds and two chicken thighs without skin - minimal but ok for a day to get used to eating less.
5/19 141 - loss of 2.2 from previous day, but largely water no doubt. Scales say my body fat has dropped .5% but doubtful how accurate they are. Hungry but motivated...
5/20 141 Ate very little but no further drop
5/21 141 Maintaining initial drop
5/22 141.8 gain of .8 Stress from work meaning I ate a bit more yesterday, possibly as I had little sleep, but expect this will level out. I find it easier to diet over the weekend, but have been eating healthily generally.

5/18: 170.2; Went over my calorie goal with high carb foods but did try to make smart choices throughout the day and drank lots of water. Glad I didn’t gain.
5/19 169.4; drank lots of water yesterday but went over my calories with high carb food and beer (yay Friday) I had a little more self control than last weekend though!
5/20 170.6; I went to Zumba yesterday morning! I also ate a bag sandwich for lunch and chipotle with chips for dinner and didn’t even get 64oz of water in. I need to do better on the weekends food wise.
5/21 170.8; stayed under my calorie limit but didn’t drink all my water. I think I gain the water weight 2 days after poor eating choices. My new weekend goal is to just maintain. Which means less junk on Friday and Saturday nights.
5/22 168.8; stayed close to my calorie goal yesterday, and was VERY hydrated. If you stick to the plan the water weight will come off... eventually! Lol goal for the rest of the week is to have some self control and stay around the 168s.
