Hi
I have been on keto diet with calorie deficit for last 11 days
My keto level is up to 2.9
I got visible changes on my abs from zero now top 4 are visible
I thing I am facing is that my weight on scale is same even fats percentage is same
Any idea what's happening ?

Because weighing machines aren't accurate3 -
Forget the percentages. You say the overall weight on the scale hasn't changed? The water weight you have lost should show up on the scale. If the scale really hasn't moved is there a chance you may be really constipated?2

No constipation at all am taking coconut oil
Today my ketone level is 3.40 -

Now it's showing up on scale around 4 kg in 2 weeks
Besides that belly and back fats is vanishing rapidly2 -

even keto follows CICO ,you can gain weight doing keto if you eat more calories than your maintenance(same with any other way of eating). CICO is an energy balance and applies to ALL ways of eating whether you are trying to lose,gain or maintain.5
