What's Working: writing out my weekly meal plans in my bullet journal/planner and then doing much of the advance meal prepping on the Sunday before the week begins is what rescued me this last week. Being able to reach into the fridge for breakfasts and lunches that were ready to go was instrumental in keeping me on track while I wasn't able to pay attention.5 -
