1988 high school graduation 185-190lbs
weight on 1/29/18 = 234.5
round 33 - start=215lbs end 202lbs
round 34 - start = 202 end 192.8lbs stomach empty and bone dry
round 35 - start = 192 end 196lbs
round 36 – 195lbs no change.
Round 37 194lbs start and finish but did see 192 for a couple days
Round 38 –196lbs starting – 194lbs end. I went into this round kinda heavy. Not really counting this as a loss
Round 39 goal – would like to see at least one morning weigh in less than 190# - goal obtained but maybe went a little to far. 187.8lbs ending weight.
Round 40 goal. – consistency – did okay till vacation week. Ending weight 188lbs
Round 41 goal – vacation is over. Goal is to get back to eating my limited food choice diet
5/23 - I am back from vacation and have some work to do. First time on the scale in a week. 195lbs this morning.
5/24 – 193lbs – ate good, drank plenty, initial drop could just be less food in the belly!
5/25 – 192lbs – strange that I feel skinnier then the day I weighed in at 185. I need to look at all the info my scale gives me. Its possible I gained some muscle mass back during maintenance. ill probably gain 10 pounds for using the word skinnier in reference to myself.

5/18 197.6
5/19 197.6 I am happy with that. yesterday was a one pound drop, not bouncing back up is a good result.
5/20 196.8 What a nice surprise!
5/21196.6 Had a great day yesterday. Church, then a textile art exhibition and went for a lovely long walk in the sunshine with my son, and planned meals!
5/22 197 Can I blame the bounce on getting up 3 hours earlier today than yesterday?
5/23 195.6 Happy Dance - goal for the rest of this round - is to stay put and not bounce up
5/24 195.4 more snacks than meals but still within the calorie goal.

Round 41 - (My 1st Round)
SW: 245.6
CW: 228.0
GW: 225.0
UGW: 130.0
Day/Weight/Comment
5/18 - 228.0 - Here we go... My numbers have been slowly but steadily going down but I'm hoping a daily accountability challenge will help too! It's just ten days right... I can FOCUS for 10 days!
5/19 - 227.4 - Yesterday was a great "on track" day... Even with multiple distractions and temptations!
5/20 - 226.6 - phew... Was not looking forward to stepping on the scale...was NOT a good diet food day but I tried to make good choices. I know I didn't drink enough water, but I got to spend the day with my son so we treated ourselves and ate out at our favorite restaurant... Lots and lots of walking while shopping and trying on clothes helped eat up some of those calories I splurged on! Goal for today stay on track and DRINK WATER!
5/21 - 225.8 - I can't believe I'm .2 lbs away from 20lbs lost since I started in March! Yesterday was a good day... On track and not to many temptations... Today will be a different. Must. Have. FOCUS!
5/22 - 226.6 - well that's not as bad as I expected since I spent the evening at a vineyard/brewery. On to today!
5/23 -225.8 - was a rough day. I was exhausted by concentrating on sticking to the plan and not eating everything in sight. But it paid off.
5/24 - 226.8 - ugh... Talk about bouncing up and down... Went to a party last night, lots of good food, and a few drinks guess that's what I should have expected.
5/25 - 226.4 -well... Down a little bit...

Goal: Release 2 lbs per round. I won't reach my goal of onederland by Memorial Day weekend with this goal, but I'd rather reach it late than never!
Ultimate Goal: 175 lbs, reevaluate at that point
May:
18: 205.5... Somehow, I managed to miss up my days and thought today was the end of R40 rather than the first day of this round. Oops. This is a great start to R41 though!
19: 203.9... Wow is the only word I have right now. Charging through to onederland!
20: 203.4...I feel like my morning Matcha is helping this process more than I expected. I started drinking it because it tastes good and looked into the health benefits after. Now I'm bulletproofing it, which is even better. Some days I have to "make" myself eat more before I go into fasting hours because I hadn't been hungry enough to get to 1400 calories. Dark chocolate with coconut oil is my new savior on those days and my new favorite sweet when I otherwise would have eaten something loaded with carbs.
21: 203
22: 203.3... I'm guessing this is just normal fluctuation. No worries here!
23: 202.2... I started using Prime My Body Hemp oil about a week ago for overall health. Due to this rapid loss, I decided yesterday to research if CBD oil promotes weight loss. Sure enough, it does! I guess the combo I'm doing now with Bulletproof Matcha, CBD, IF and HFLC is perfect for me! At this rate, maybe I will hit onederland sooner than I anticipated!
24: 201.8... We had a potluck for my daughter's soccer team last night. I didn't log anything, but it looks like I did a good job eating intuitively. I leave for Denver tomorrow, so I won't be weighing in Saturday through Tuesday. I'm planning to keep on point with my food and water. I'd love to come home and see another drop on the scale, but I'll be happy if a can just maintain where I'm at. I won't have my Bulletproof Matcha, but I can easily bring some help oil along and stick to my IF schedule. I imagine I'll be getting lots of movement in too, so that'll help.
25: 201.5
26: Vacation

Female, 35, 5’6”
Starting weight: 158.2
Goal #1: 150
Ultimate Goal: 135
Round 40: 158.2 (SW), 158 (EW)
5/18 – 157.4 I like this drop from the end of Round 40! Here’s hoping I can maintain it or decrease it over the remainder of this round.
5/19 – 157.8 Carb heavy day yesterday and for the next couple of days so I won’t be too worried about the scales for a bit. I’ll just make sure I stay within my calorie range for those days and drink lots of water.
5/20 – 158.2 Expected. So many carbs, so much sodium!
5/21 – 157.6 Cut back on the carbs and sodium yesterday. I also started T25. My legs are a bit sore!
5/22 – 157.6 Holding steady! Today a friend is buying me dinner. I know what I should have, but I also know what I’m going to have and it’ll put me a bit over my calorie range. Bring on the carbs!
5/23 – 157.6 After the day I had yesterday, I’m a little surprised the scale didn’t move up. I’ll take it!
5/24 – 157.4 Even a small loss is welcome.
5/25 – 157.2 The weather has been nice here the last couple of days so I’m going to risk a hike at the local park. Here’s hoping the mud I don’t end up covered in mud.

I started this challenge at round 27, at 227.8. I ended round 38 at 194. That is a 33 pound loss! I love this challenge! It goes against everything I USED to believe about weighing in daily, and has taught me to really listen to my body, not get discouraged by small set backs, and to celebrate the small victories!
Round 41 SW 189.2 My goal is keep moving down and stay in the 180's and to finally get to the 40 pound mark!
5/18 188.8
5/19 188.8 Went to Zumba today for the first time in a while...feels great!
5/20 189.6 So I wasnt the best yesterday, but I zumba'd my butt off! Hiked 3 miles today... i don't wanna go back!
5/21 189.4
5/22 190.1 a little perplexed. ate ok, but late. Walked almost 14,000 steps. Ill keep on moving today = )
5/23 189.8
5/24 189.8 I need a whoosh! appetite, mood, and just everything tell me it could be TOM, calendar is not so reliable these days,so it could be it.... at least it's not going up!
5/25 189.8... fell off the wagon a bit yesterday... feeling it today.

I figured I'd be up after a weekend visiting family. My hands are visibly swollen from water retention too. I feel like crap. I'm going to work on eating better, feeling better, and getting back to my exercise routine this week and see if I can recover from this weekend.
5/23 157.0
Had a good run last night, and drank lots of water all day. Im going to keep it up. I would love to be back to where I started by the end of this challenge, but Id be happy if I at least continue to head in the right direction.

I'm happy with this. I hope it sticks. I am continuing to drink more water and track everything. Not to bad considering we have family in town.

This site has been such an incredible help. It's amazing how your eyes are opened once you start tracking. My daughter wanted to go to my favorite restaurants for dinner last night- Chicken Salad Chick. I knew it probably wasn't a great choice, but I was well-within my limits and could spare the 350 calories or so for a scoop of chicken salad. So, off we went. It was nice not having to prep something and I enjoyed my scoop. Thought I was doing great until I logged it here....35 grams of fat in 1 scoop!! I'm floored. They don't even put a little of mayo in their salad! And to think prior to tracking I would get TWO scoops! Really puts in to perspective how I gained all of this weight. I won't be eating there again for a long while...6

Round 40: SW 150.5 (-1.5#) 8/10
Round 41: SW 149.0 (TBD)
Need: Healthy BMI
Goal: Lose 15 pounds (UGW 132)
Timeframe: September 1, 2018 (1 lb per week)
Nutrition: Maintaining my WFPBNO diet while eating at a calorie deficit (<1300kCal).
- No manmade sugar;
- No yeast aka bread and alcohol;
- No oil aka nuts, chips, cheese, meat;
Exercise:
- 30 minutes of exercise;
- 10k steps;
- Lifting Heavy 2 to 3 times per week.
Sleep: Eliminating screens in the bedroom
Stress: Yoga once a week
5/17: 149.0. (T-1) Another day for sleeping in. That’s okay. I’ll have plenty of activity today. The yard needs mowing and I’ll push away from my desk and walk at lunch. Lunch is packed.
5/18: Field trip with the girl child, spelunking. Morning workout. Food- was okay.
5/19: 148.5. Logged it. Won’t see it again for a while, but I happened. Weight lifting. Followed by golf. Lots of activity. But the food just wasn't there. A couple glasses of wine. Some chocolates...
5/20: Busy day in the kitchen. Food was plentiful and on plan but wasn't logged. Active day but no formal activities. Tracker at 12k steps. No happy face today since the food just wasn't there.
5/21: 152.0- Was away from MFP this weekend. Allowing myself to have some freedom from tracking lately and few things (ice cream, wine, grilled cheese) that are not within my "plan". Today I am back on track. Excited to see a new number (<149) in the days to come as I shed the retained water from my indiscretions. Walked at lunch with Leslie. Mowed the yard after work with some other yard work. ~17k steps. Food was on track and logged. It was a GOOD day! 17k steps
5/22: 150.0- Morning weight workout. Won’t be able to walk at lunch. Got in about 15 mins of TKD before the girl child overheated and we had to go home. Food within boundaries. And logged. 12K steps
5/23: 148.5- Slept hard last night. Body temperature is up. Is Weight lifting causing this? No morning workout. Walked at lunch. Took another after dinner. 12k steps. Food was good and Logged.
5/24- 147.0- Logged it. We’ll see if it keeps. No workout this morning. Lunch walk isn’t going to happen. Evening workout is going to prove difficult. May need to plan for a “rest” day with an alarm set for the morning. Changed up my “boundaries” and made a “PLAN”. N- good. E- Rest. 8k steps S- Breaking the screens at bed time is going to prove difficult. S- No yoga last night, but I did actually sit with the kids and laugh at Hollywood Game Night.
5/25- 147.0- Wooo. Must be real. I even woke up feeling bloated. Weights this morning. Lots of walking planned for the work day. Not sure what the night looks like.

R40: AW 219.18 (-.68)
I use my average weight for my weight loss. I am not making a weight goal for this round; instead my only goal for this round is to reach 10K steps for 7/10 days. Steps: 5/10
R40: SW: 218.9
Day/Weight/Comment
5/18--218.4 Back to my lowest weight so far this year. Kettlebell tonight.
5/19--218.0 Got home after kettlebell and realized I had walked less than 5k steps. So after I ate I took the dog out and got in the rest of my steps in. Really have to work to get my water in on the weekends. Going car shopping today!
5/20--217.5 Surprised about the drop. We'll see if it sticks. Got my 10K steps in again yesterday, same thing as the day before where I had only taken 5k steps before having to take the dog on an evening walk. So, today what I did was take the dog on a long walk in the morning and I have gotten my 10K steps in. Working on water today.
5/21--218.0 Not surprised about the rebound. Did not get a lot of water in yesterday. Kettlebell tonight and probably another walk with the dog to get the rest of my steps in.
5/22--217.3 Did better with water yesterday, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's a bounce back again tomorrow. Decided not to go to kettlebell last night, just didn't feel like it. Instead hung out with hubby and dog and we all went for a long walk in the evening and got my steps in.
5/23--217.8 Normal fluctuation. So far I've weighed in below my starting weight every day. Did not get my steps in yesterday, chose not to go for an evening walk instead did some work around the house. Kettlebell tonight and will go out for a walk later tonight to get my steps in.
5/24--218.0 So sore this morning after tough kettlebell workout last night. Definitely retaining some water. Yesterday after I came home from kettlebell I had some dinner and then took dog out for a walk to get my 10K steps. Making sure that today I get my water in.
5/25--218.0 My knee was feeling a little off yesterday, so I didn't go for a walk last night to get my steps in. It still feels a little sore today, so not sure if I will be go to kettlebell tonight, but I will get my steps in today.

These are the moments. Thinking something is "okay," being horrified once you actually "look." Realizing through these experiences that there's a reason why you have been gaining weight is GREAT. Because, once you know, you can decide to do something different.
Change can be a slow process. You'll make old/stupid/habitual choices as you go through it. But being accountable on a daily basis is WONDERFUL. We hope you're here a long time, too.9
