Beginner weight lifting at home

Hello all! Can someone point me in the direction of videos or a program I can follow at home in my garage for weight lifting? I've been doing a fitnessblender.com video, but I want something more progressive. I'm a beginner and want to start seeing results! Thank you for your time!!

Strong lifts is good if you have the equipment. Try and make sure you have a safety rail built in if you're benching or even for squatting to catch the bar if you fail.0
