Does CPR count as an exercise...?

So I just got back from CPR training course that lasted 5 hours. I'd say that about 45 minutes [give or take] was physical heart pumping (MY heart) CPR. How many calories do you think was burned? Or is there something on the exercise list similar to that that I can log into my diary?

The best thing for something random like this is to wear an HRM...sorry :(

I'd estimate that you can count it as strength training for those 45 minutes. You are working your forearms, biceps, triceps, chest; core and upper legs acting as stabilizers. I've never worn my HRM to CPR class, but it can be fatiguing.
