How do I lose belly fat the best? Specifically lower belly fat the mid/ upper section of my stomach is more cut and less fatty but the lower part is more than I would like it to be. Help!!

unfortunately, you can't spot reduce, the only thing you can do is ab exercises, try to find some that work the whole ab area.3

The bold part is true, and it contradicts the second part. Ab exercises do nothing to spot reduce fat. You lose fat by eating less calories than you burn, and it comes off however your genetic fat distribution pattern dictates. And for many people, the abdomen is the very last (and most stubborn) place you'll lose fat from. Mike Matthews knows his stuff and ironically, his supplements are some of the better ones as he properly doses them based on science.
