5/28 179.8// I ate and drank too much yesterday, this is 100% water weight which is fine. I’m off work today and have plenty of time to rehydrate and eat better.

I'm putting the Keto experiment on hold because, in a lot of ways, I'm not feeling all that good right now. I'm going to stay at a much lower carb intake, integrating some fruits and vegetables while continuing to focus on eating healthy fats (instead of the crap I used to eat).

Total loss (since 1/14/18, but before this round): 26.0 lbs
Average weight loss per round: 1.95 lbs

    R42 SW = 194.0
Goal for this round: maintain current weight (do not go over 195) as I shift away from Keto

I tried Keto for a while, too. Didn't lose much beyond water weight in the first week. My biggest issue was the constant cravings for simple carbohydrates. Drove me crazy.
I've been yo-yoing my body fat/weight since puberty (= 40 years) and decided to end the dieting cycle for good. Research, personal biological testing, and taking note of how I feel when I consume foods and beverages have been a tremendous help.
Every body is unique; each of us responds differently to stimuli. I encourage everyone here to take the time to discover what works consistently for your body.

I'm happy to answer any questions. Please, feel free to send me a message. I'll get back to your as soon as possible. :)
