Being over 50 I try to get 2-3 servings of dairy per day. Here are my most popular ways
Milk (farms free) - mixed into oatmeal, coffee or sugar free pudding mix
Cheese (low fat)
Yogurt (low carb, low fat) with fresh strawberries0 -
Lots of great sources!
Green leafy very (not particularly spinach though)!
Wild Sardines and salmon, seeds, nuts.
Find sources that are not high in oxalates.
