As a one day thing, it probably won't have much affect.1

2100 per day or 2100 total?
1lbs fat = 3500cal.1 -
8400
Presumably 8400 is your goal for losing weight? What is your weekly goal? If you goal is to lose a pound a week, that 8400 would be 3500 below maintenance, so eating 2100 above your goal would mean you're still in a deficit, and should still lose between a quarter and a half pound of fat. But the smaller your deficit, the more subject it is to being swamped by fluctuations in water weight and the weight of food/waste in your digestive tract. Don't freak out if you gain a little weight. Weight does not always equal fat.4 -

8400 weekly goal is 1200cal - I highly doubt that is your maintenance unless you are extremely short/old/sedentary...6

2100÷7=300 calories "extra" per day
1200+300=1500 calories per day
1500 calories isn't a large amt. Age/weight/height/activity level??? Are you trying to lose/gain?
ETA: Did you eat all of those calories in 1 sitting??0 -
Ive done 2100 over in one day and haven't gained.

I’m trying to maintain and I’m only 4”11 and desk job only get about 3000 steps a day and about 300 extra a day
300 extra what? Exercise calories? Then you ate at maintenance for your TDEE.0 -

300 extra calories over my 1200 so I ate 1500 calories a day
Worst case scenario, if that didn't include your exercise, you gained .6 pounds of fat -- so not even a pound.
Best case scenario, you ate at maintenance, and you maybe will have some water retention, but nothing to worry about.
The SailRabbit BMR/TDEE calculator puts someone with your stats at a sedentary TDEE of 1315 calories -- so if anything, you likely overate to the tune of 185 calories a day. That's not even .4 pounds gained.0 -
