I’m 2100 calories over my weekly target how much weight gain should I expect

    As a one day thing, it probably won't have much affect.

    2100 per day or 2100 total?
    1lbs fat = 3500cal.

    2100÷7=300 calories "extra" per day
    1200+300=1500 calories per day

    1500 calories isn't a large amt. Age/weight/height/activity level??? Are you trying to lose/gain?

    ETA: Did you eat all of those calories in 1 sitting??

    I’m trying to maintain and I’m only 4”11 and desk job only get about 3000 steps a day and about 300 extra a day

    300 extra what? Exercise calories? Then you ate at maintenance for your TDEE.

    300 extra calories over my 1200 so I ate 1500 calories a day

    Worst case scenario, if that didn't include your exercise, you gained .6 pounds of fat -- so not even a pound.

    Best case scenario, you ate at maintenance, and you maybe will have some water retention, but nothing to worry about.

    The SailRabbit BMR/TDEE calculator puts someone with your stats at a sedentary TDEE of 1315 calories -- so if anything, you likely overate to the tune of 185 calories a day. That's not even .4 pounds gained.
