First Protein shake

Down...tasted pretty good....however i made it with the Light Silk and i am not so sure i like the taste ...so i will try cow's milk tomorrow....and if that is no better i will just use water....

    Try the musle milk light, already pre mixed FULL of protein and minimal calories...It comes in 2 sizes and I drink at least 1 every other day... Good luck!

    I use the Smart Balance Fat Free milk ... tastes as good a regular milk ...

    Unless you're trying to gain weight, use water. If it's before bed you should opt for either casein or just drink of skimmed milk

    It will definitely NOT taste better w/o milk whether it be soy or cows.

    To reduce calories I previously used 1/2 cup skim, 2/3 water, 3/4 cup ice and 1/2 frozen banana but now I'm vegan and using 1 cup of soy milk is sooooo much creamier and delicious!

    It will definitely NOT taste better w/o milk whether it be soy or cows.

    If taste is the issue, I recommend purchasing the trial size sachets.
