Back for another month!
Come back weekly to log your weight. In fact come back as often as you like to log your weight!
This is an open challenge sonanyone can join at any time and leave at anytime.
This monthly challenge has been successful in helping many reach their goals a little quicker as it’s a motivational boost for some.
Remember to be respectful towards one another! Support and boost each other up.

Doing a "damp" June (limiting alcohol) so hopefully this will help with my weight loss plateau!12

Try reloading the thread. Sounds like something got truncated. Basically you can post as often or as seldom as you wish, post your progress and we are all here to support each other.

I think it was supposed to say to fit, and the "m" sneaked in where the space should have been.

Feeling the need of some extra motivation so here I am Gonna do "Junk free June" again. So it's out with the cake and any fizzy for the month.5

After having my 4 boys, I got down to 123. This past year, I’ve gained 40 lbs. I have hypothyroidism. It jumped from 2.4 to 9 causing me to gain all this weight. I am MISERABLE. I have NEVER been this heavy. I don’t even recognize myself anymore. Nothing fits. I have never been over 135. I need this challenge. Thank you all for this support. I appreciate it more than you could ever imagine!!11 -
