Losing weight and getting fit is never an easy task. We all do better when we have really good support and motivation, which is why most of you are browsing this particular MESSAGE BOARD.
The FAT2FIT - WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE and SUPPORT GROUP is now accepting new registrations for the month of JULY!
This is a truly awesome group with over 250 challengers each month divided onto six teams competing in a friendly competition. Each week there is a moderators challenge and a group challenge for members to participate in (or not). Each team has their own Team Chat where team-mates encourage, motivate and support each other.
The group has an awesome motto - which is true to this group. "We can do this, We will do this - Together!" Remember, we all share the same issues, struggles and challenges - why not work through them TOGETHER.

THERE ARE 2 STEPS TO JOIN OUR CHALLENGE...
1. JOIN THE GROUP!!! Click on the link below and hit the join button to have complete access to our group page. This group is private so you must click on JOIN to participate.

Weigh in day: (this is the day you will be weighing in weekly)
Starting weight: (this is your weight taken ON your weight in day above on the week of Sun August 27th – Sat September 2nd.)
Our challengers are split up into 5 teams and depending on how many people join, we will add a new team! Each team has its own discussion thread where you can help motivate each other and you can post about goals, struggles and successes each week.
Once you have joined the group and registered...go through the group page to get familiar with everything.

SEPTEMBER Challenge Registrations are currently open and will extend till early next week. You can register by going into the REGISTRATION announcement and adding your user name, weigh in day, and starting weight. Once your name is in there, we will add your information to the SEPTEMBER spreadsheet.

This is the challenge that helped @BECKY3695 lose 60+ lbs… She thought she could wing it and gained back 20. Now she is back in full force as a Team Captain and Group Moderator.

No... not motivation.... we need drive.... habit.... those two things get *kitten* done. It's not the motivation to go to the gym, walk, stay withen calories. It's the drive to go to the gym. The habit of logging and counting. Motivation is just so fleeting... jmho0

Nothing motivates like some mild competition and mutual support. Also, you can enjoy some delicious schadenfreude when the other teams falter (did I say that out loud?)0

Be sure to check out the FAT 2 FIT - Weight Loss Challenge and Support Group. This is an awesome group consisting of five teams all competing in a friendly weight loss competition. Each team has 35 - 40 challengers, it's own team chat room, and a spreadsheet for tracking your weights each week. The group has weekly GROUP CHALLENGES and MODERATOR CHALLENGES and has many extra side team challenges as well as some ongoing step challenges. All challenges are strictly optional, participate in the ones you want - skip the ones that do not interest you.
This is a really fantastic group for making friends, gaining motivation and support, and making your weight loss fun...

THE WORKOUT WARRIORS Yuppers we are one of the great teams you'll find here at the
FAT 2 FIT CHALLENGE
I join here shortly after I had a huge infection attack my gut and I wound up with Short Gut Syndrome and a full permanent High Output IleOstomy. Dammm that was fun....Not!!
This challenge has helped me loose weigh, get in better physical shape, meet a ton of new friends that have the same goal as me. All of my teammates on all of the teams support me when Shadow ( my name for my Stoma) goes south and even when I am having a bad day. We support one another through thick and thin, good days and bad days, rain,snow,sleet or hail we got your back Jack.
What you'll get out of this challenge is exactly what you put into it. It's the coolest place to be if your serious about losing weight and getting back in shape.
SO JUMP ON IN THE WATER IS WARM, THE FRIENDSHIPS AND COMRADE IS TO DIE FOR SO WHAT ARE WAITING FOR

I love this challenge and encourage anyone to join! I've lost 7 lbs so far this month and it's because of the support and motivation I receive from my team.
