Beginners to Keto?

Hi all! I’m also new to Keto. Been almost 20 Days and about 8 pounds down. My life has been carbs, fast food and wine for a very long time. So I started slow by eliminating bread, pasta, rice and potatoes and moving from wine to vodka/soda. Thinking now I might be ready to commmit fully. What is the suggested carb/fat/protein percentages? Many times I log food and I haven’t met my calorie goals. Frankly, I’m confused! Any ideas? I’m 58, 5’6” 173 CW goal 145. Light exercise.0

I recently started Keto as well, 10 days in now. Been following low cal before that and lost about 35 pounds but have stalled for a while and I’m hoping to get through this stall and continue on my weight loss journey! Feel free to add me!0

Hi, I tried that calculator (bought the book) and I get 13g carbs and a total of 1047 calories, which seems impossible, following the authors 30 day plan. I am having trouble staying under 25g carbs. I have found that I am less hungry with more fat, but I haven’t quickly lost water weight, so it’s been about 3 lbs loss in 2 months, with off-keto meals on two weekends.
