    Oh, and my mini goal is to add cardio back into the mix. Started lifting followed by cardio and then spent more and more time on lifting without cardio. I’ve done cardio twice this week (in addition to the lifting) and I feel like I have more energy again. Next week I’ll try 3 days of each.
