    @MadisonMolly2017 I believe for the most accurate count of calories burned you need something with a heart rate monitor and chest strap. Mine is a Polar F11 which is obsolete now, I think. I got it almost 10 years ago to calculate my exercise points on weight watchers. The chest strap picks up your heart rate from your heart rather than an arm or finger.
