loosing the tummy :(

so i'm back on the wagon...i had a baby 13 months ago and lost 35 lbs of what i gained and i gave up. but now im in my friends wedding so i really need to lose my tummy....any suggestions?

You can't spot reduce, unfortunately. The best fat burn is cardio, cardio, cardio. LOL Do cardio at least 3 times a week, and do crunches every day. If you do crunches while also doing cardio, you'll have strong abs to show off when the fat finally goes away.

Hi! I just had my second daughter 4 months ago and am with you on wanting to lose the fabulous looking stomach they leave you with...thank goodness they're worth it!! I agree with the cardio...I've been doing lots of that and I've been doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, which includes a lot of crunches. I have a ways to go, but I can already see a difference in my stomach!0
