Up again. Have been eating a lot more fruit (mango, papaya, avocado). The extra sugars and calorie a didn't help.
Ran my first 10k this week! Slow, but I ran the whole time. I Have 2 5k races this weekend. Got to keep moving.

Thanks, @tammierlewis My body always does that. Coming up to even a mini-goal it clicks into go-slow mode. Very frustrating!

The weather here has been glorious, which has helped with portion size and keeping my body moving, but it's been so hard to steer clear of ice cream. It's my kryptonite, I find it almost impossible to stop at a reasonable portion size, so I just don't have any at all.2 -

Ran two 5k runs this weekend. Took a coup!e of days off and ran 3.5 miles this morning. Looking for a local 10k run for this summer/early fall. Would love to complete an official 10k before my 60th birthday.
My weight isn't moving down this year but I'm ok with it. Guess I'm now in maintenance.

Paying closer attention to the food this week. Especially the carbs. Finally saw a drop but am leaving on a road trip to visit family and then a reunion. Will expect to see a gain by the time I return. Will enjoy every minute of it.
