I know that my goal for the month is less than the 5 lbs for this challenge but I would still like to take part. I've found participating in these challenges has been so helpful over the last few months. For me thought half a pound per week is a more realistic goal as my weight is coming off SO slowly right now.4 -

It's been up and down this week - but I am really going for it!! I am determined to lose my belly - which basically is making me look like I am 6 months pregnant!!!! I am NOT by the way lol!!!! Only had one glass of wine in the last week - which given that before I was drinking between 1 and 2 bottles a day - so I am really pleased!!! My fiance - who is now a recovering alcoholic (we gaveup/cut back the booze on the same day!) - has not touched a drop!! We are now going out for walks - and have also discovered a local holiday park which lets general public in to use the heated outdoor pool!!! So we went down there 2 days this week and I have started to swim again!! Actually enjoying it as after the swim I had a lovely relaxing lie down in the sun - before coming home and getting back to work.
It's still a long road to get where I want to be - its just hard to keep my head positive sometimes! Look forward to seeing how you are all doing! Take care xx5 -
