And do not disable this posts - disable links from them, make nofollow for SEO and color them in gray or leave a "spam" button that can reveal the original message.
There are people who maks posts to harm, without motive.

I can't block a member from posting, but one of my spam flags = five spam flags so the post is removed. Perhaps if you contact one of the staff members and ask for the same spam nuking rights that I have
