Usual recommendations are.

Avocado/Guacamole
Nothing wrong with Pizza for that matter.
Just as with a weight loss plan, make sure you include a good strength training program so that you gain muscle as well as fat.2 -

It will be better than nothing.
Look into "You are your own gym" it's got a basic body weight program that can be done at home.
Walking and basic calisthenics are a good start, work up to running and some weights.1
