    Usual recommendations are.

    Nuts/Nut Butters
    Avocado/Guacamole
    Nothing wrong with Pizza for that matter.

    Just as with a weight loss plan, make sure you include a good strength training program so that you gain muscle as well as fat.

    l i'm a girl if i do squats lunges nd some upper body exercise at home only.
    will it be enough to gain muscle nd fat?

    It will be better than nothing.

    Look into "You are your own gym" it's got a basic body weight program that can be done at home.

    Walking and basic calisthenics are a good start, work up to running and some weights.
