    Another question. Should I just worry about hitting my protein or should I worry about fats too? I've read about .4 g/ lb. But if I go over it doesn't matter correct?

    worry about getting the right balance, there are so many factors.
    Not been helpful in guidance, I'm still trying to get that balance.

    Protein and fat is usually a minimum for me. Mind you I try not to eat so much fat that it crowds out my carbs during a bulk.
