    Hello again everyone.........I do 5 day 2 day IF. On my low cal days I do a total of 600 cals each day. On my 5 on days I eat what I want however try to keep things between 1800-2100 cals per day. I am a type 2 diabetic and am required to exercise daily. I used to like Zone 3 burns now I stick to Zone 1 Zone 2 fat/glucose blasting workouts. I love to play golf and stay pretty active. I travel a lot with my job, when I am home I log my food regularly. I try to get on here daily to offer encouragement. Really looking for friends who are not collecting but are active on MFP and looking to motivate and encourage.

    Hello! Looking to connect with people as I make one healthy habit at a time for a better me.

    I'm still in the starting phase with getting my gials properly aligned and getting to know my food scale.

    In terms of weight loss, I'm setting smaller goals at intervals of personal significance:
    -40 to pre-depression weight
    -15 to pre-children weight
    -20 to below 200lbs
