Hello again everyone.........I do 5 day 2 day IF. On my low cal days I do a total of 600 cals each day. On my 5 on days I eat what I want however try to keep things between 1800-2100 cals per day. I am a type 2 diabetic and am required to exercise daily. I used to like Zone 3 burns now I stick to Zone 1 Zone 2 fat/glucose blasting workouts. I love to play golf and stay pretty active. I travel a lot with my job, when I am home I log my food regularly. I try to get on here daily to offer encouragement. Really looking for friends who are not collecting but are active on MFP and looking to motivate and encourage.
