    I've come back to MFP to log my meals, a lot has changed and the app feels a lot different from a couple of years ago. Hopefully I can make some friends for motivation and fun. Would appreciate an add 👍🏻

    Hey, I've been using MFP for a couple of years to log meals and track macros and workouts. It hasn't been the same since they removed the newsfeed, but I'm hoping to find other friends here again. I'm on a bulking journey.     I used to be a member here yeeeeeaaaars ago, but after a lifting injury I stopped working out and stopped tracking and, well… a week ago I was diagnosed with diabetes so I figured it was time to get serious again!

    I’m not gonna lie… I don’t care for the changes they’ve made to this site. It seems like it’s lost a lot of functionality. But they do have a good reliable food tracker so I figured I’ll give it a chance!

    if anyone’s looking for an accountable friend, I’ve got you! It’s nice to have people on your side, so let’s do this thing!

    Hello everyone,

    I'm newly coming back to MyFitnessPal. I had success a couple years ago losing 75 of my 80lbs goal. Then fell off the wagon with my food and exercise after getting injured twice in quick succession. New target (same target, different starting point) is losing 41lbs. Would like to create a new community around me to help keep me honest/motivated and people who I can encourage and congratulate along the way. Please feel free to add me.

    Hi! I've been on this app forever but for once I'm really taking it seriously. I'm having a 7 day ECG soinafter my heart started doing some weird things in October, I've been determined to turn my life around since this happened. Starting to get more into exercising (I absolutely hate sweating so this has been difficult 😂) and learning about how to eat properly. I was brought up on brilliant cooking, but ruined myself at uni with take aways and rubbish. Would love some pals, we could keep each other on track! I'm very much aiming to feel healthy rather than looking a specific way.

    Hi, I'm 32F wanting to start building a community to help me be motivated, honest and accountable.. and no judgement! I think I want to start logging my food again and also be honest with what I eat on MFP.

    My goals are to lose weight (about 40-50lbs total) by the summer to go on my honeymoon. Both a goal for me and my husband!

    Hello! 35F here, looking for some accountabilibuddies. I think it'd be fun to have a few friends on here to contact daily, just to make sure we're all checking in. I'm sure all the "how are you?", "good, you?" convos will get boring, so maybe we could do something where you tell me one of the following things each day instead:

    • Something you learned
    • Something you're grateful or proud of yourself for
    • Something that made you smile
    • A good quote or song you heard

    Back on here again!

    After losing a good amount of weight, I'm at the stage now where I'm lifting weights and trying to build muscle, so would be nice to have friends who can keep me on track or give tips with this. But also I'd want friends who I can also motivate them into reaching their own goals :)

    Back on this app for the first time in probably 5-6 years and definitely not loving the changes I'm noticing so far. I had great success on this app in the past due to friends made that pushed me along. Looking forward to getting my health back where it should be

    Hi! I'm Jen, I'm new-ish here, currently just over 50lbs lost on a journey to lose probably 150lbs (long way to go, I know!). I lost 21lbs late last year, had to pause to recover from an operation (non weight related), but picked up again at the beginning of February and have lost 30lbs since then.

    I'm just eating sensibly (for the first time in a long time), and walking for exercise, with the occasional light aerobics video thrown in to test my 43 year old knees and ankles, haha.

    I'm happy to have new friends on here so I can stay accountable 😊
