1lb lost but body comp changed

Only 1lb difference between these, but I’ve been doing an exercise class a week, plus working on my feet, and just generally being more active.

I think it has made a difference. I’m upping my exercise to three sessions a week now so hopefully I’ll improve even further, even if there’s still minimal weight loss!

    The actual time difference is 1 year. But I looked like the left until February this year so the change between them actually took 4 months. Just one class a week, sometimes eating low calorie, sometimes very much indulging (I went on two holidays in that time!)

    you do look more toned for sure! So nice to know that a losing pounds by eating a deficit isn't the only answer.
