    Injured my arm so I haven't been able to work oit since last Saturday. Got down in the dumps about it so I wasn't eating great either. But ive also been doing a 100 squat challenge and my butt and thighs have increased in size, which means more muscle mass, so yay! Hopefully my arm will hurry up and I can start up again.

    I'm surprised I didn't gain this week. I'm definitely not on track to meet my goal of 237, but I can reach 243.2 if I stop goofing around!
