I can’t get back on track with dieting I need help

Before I did low calorie for wrestling then I couldn’t stick to it anymore, later I did Keto with IF but when I came back from a trip I gained weight and can’t lose it . I tried to get back on but I can’t lose weight and stick to to it I need help please

How much do you need to lose? Are you cutting out too much stuff you like in your efforts to 'diet'?
Think healthy lifestyle changes not diets you start and stop2 -
You lose weight if you eat less/move more, just like everybody else, but you have to stick to it. Why don't you just pick a strategy you can stick to?0

I need to lose 12 pounds to stay on my weight class. I tried to put fatty foods and sugary foods but lately my will power been weak cause my family keeps making food I used to love to eat I put it away but they always put it out. It triggers me. I can’t be at home without smelling something sweet1

You can still eat that stuff, just a little less.

It was REALLY hard for me to get restarted because there were so many things I thought I was going to have to “re-give up”. I don’t know if it was that I wasn’t willing to, didn’t want to, or was just scared to get back on the wagon, but there was something there. Fear of not being able to fit in what I wanted, fear of gaining it back again, I kept telling myself “if I gain 20 pounds, I’ll restart....”. 20 became 50 became 100, then I was almost right back when I first started. I went back to the surgeon at 364. My first appointment with him was in April 2011 364 pounds.
You have to be willing to “submit to the process”....logging things in, facing what it is that you’re eating, and what it is that’s eating you. Be willing to truly restart and be accountable. I first went to the surgeon in April 2011. I ended up not getting the lap-band surgery, and now I regret it having gained all but 10 pounds back. I went back to see him in April 2018. I have lost about 17 pounds in 2 months. Consider alternate options at every meal.1 -
Because diets don't work, not long term anyways. This includes keto, IF, and everything else. Unless you can stick to a diet forever, as soon as you're off - guess what comes on, the weight.
Eat what you normally eat, then start reducing portions and/or making small changes in foods that you can turn into your "normal" eating habits.
In order to lose weight permanently, you need to permanently change your habits. Small changes that are sustained and made into habits will add up over time and become a permanent lifestyle change.2 -
You need to share more information--as some have asked above--to get help that is specific to your needs. You are very likely not eating enough, and then overeating to compensate for all the dietary restriction. If your concern is wrestling, I'm wondering if you are trying to drop those 12 lbs in a hurry--and that's just going to backfire, if that is what you did before (and now you are in that "backfire" phase). If it is off season for you, you can begin to change your way of eating now and hope to be back in your weight class by the time the season resumes.
Have you talked with your parents about your concerns? If you are living at home and they know wrestling is important to you, maybe you can get them on board to help you with portion control--having less of it in the house, only 1 serving per family member, for example. Do you know how to count calories and aim for a reasonable calorie deficit (reasonable given your current weight--NOT a timeline for getting to a desired weight; again, that tends to sabotage healthy weight loss).
