Injured my arm so I haven't been able to work oit since last Saturday. Got down in the dumps about it so I wasn't eating great either. But ive also been doing a 100 squat challenge and my butt and thighs have increased in size, which means more muscle mass, so yay! Hopefully my arm will hurry up and I can start up again.3 -

It's not been a bad week, light on exercise for many reasons so all the more surprising on the weight loss front

Total loss for June :- 4.9lb so far really happy with this, I have always resisted calorie counting in the past and although I'm finding bits tricky (like having to guesstimate at times) it seems to be going OK so far.

It seems that the Woo button was introduced last year to mean, "Too Good to be True." See
