"Whilst it wasn't me - is woo not a good thing? I though it meant cheering?"
TheMrWobbly, Same here, I assumed it was all positive and woo was cheering. I'm sure I have woo'd some people thinking I was cheering them on.

"Whilst it wasn't me - is woo not a good thing? I though it meant cheering?"
TheMrWobbly, Same here, I assumed it was all positive and woo was cheering. I'm sure I have woo'd some people thinking I was cheering them on.
It seems that the Woo button was introduced last year to mean, "Too Good to be True." See

There's been some other discussion about it. It is confusing for sure. See

Oh no I didn't know that the woo was a bad thing. Sorry. I just didn't think there would be anything negative here while giving and getting support.6

I think the idea is when someone posts that, "Dr. <insert name> says that to lose weight you have to eat <this food> and never eat <that food> and ...." Well, that deserves a Woo.2 -

Me too. I have wooed plenty of posts, I though it was like a, "Woooohoooo!!!"

Feeling good. Feeling healthier. Summer Motto: 'Get healthy first, then lose weight'....
Still not going to weigh-in until about mid-July. Tempting to weigh myself because I've been having some major non-scale victories since I've been back on my Keto diet. But I'm not going to rush it. No weigh-in!
More good news...My family members decided to give the Keto diet a try--just temporarily--and I'm so excited! Not only do they get to experience the goodness of this diet but I also get to continue the diet a little longer. It's hard when you're the only person on a lifestyle change--especially when you're eating differently from everybody else.
Now, excuse me while I get back into enjoying my summer, ie hiking, yardwork, keto! I hope I get to go swimming this Summer. Wait, I need a bathing suit first. Hmmm?!
Original starting weight: 242 lbs Jan. 2017; (Heaviest 262 lbs, 2009)
Late May/June 2nd: 193 to 198 lbs water weight/TOM etc...
Next weigh-in: In 3 weeks or so...3 -
