Oh no I didn't know that the woo was a bad thing. Sorry. I just didn't think there would be anything negative here while giving and getting support.

I think the idea is when someone posts that, "Dr. <insert name> says that to lose weight you have to eat <this food> and never eat <that food> and ...." Well, that deserves a Woo.

I had my second baby 3 months ago and am finding much harder to lose weight this time around! I need to start making better choices so I'm excited to join and be accountable!

Original starting weight - 182lbs (6 days after baby was born)
    June starting weight - 172.8
    June goal - 169
    Ultimate goal - ~140

    June 3rd- 172.8
    June 9th - 171.0
June 16th -171.4- eating well was a huge struggle this week. I'm often hungrier when breastfeeding than when I was pregnant. :/ I gave into too many cravings and snacking.

Feeling good. Feeling healthier. Summer Motto: 'Get healthy first, then lose weight'....
Still not going to weigh-in until about mid-July. Tempting to weigh myself because I've been having some major non-scale victories since I've been back on my Keto diet. But I'm not going to rush it. No weigh-in!

More good news...My family members decided to give the Keto diet a try--just temporarily--and I'm so excited! Not only do they get to experience the goodness of this diet but I also get to continue the diet a little longer. It's hard when you're the only person on a lifestyle change--especially when you're eating differently from everybody else.

Now, excuse me while I get back into enjoying my summer, ie hiking, yardwork, keto! I hope I get to go swimming this Summer. Wait, I need a bathing suit first. Hmmm?!

Original starting weight: 242 lbs Jan. 2017; (Heaviest 262 lbs, 2009)

    Late May/June 2nd: 193 to 198 lbs water weight/TOM etc...

Next weigh-in: In 3 weeks or so...

I will add my name to the list of people who thought Woo was a pretty awesome thing. WOooooo.. wow.. that's pretty awesome!
Why would they make a click that meant something bad?
Oh well.. if I offended anyone by giving a Wow face, I am very sorry. It was not meant in those terms.

Was out of town for work last week so missed my weigh in. It has been a crazy stressful month and last week was the worst. I was on the road for work and not sleeping well, and was so tired, I felt like I was eating all week. I did not feel like exercising at all, but forced myself to do something every single day. This week is already better, stress-wise, and the warm weather makes it incredibly enticing to get outside and walk.

Only halfway through the month and down less than half a pound. It would be discouraging if I didn't know that my weight loss tends to show up only at the end of the month (after TOM). So I am just going to keep on keeping on and it will be great when my scale starts to reflect some results from my hard work. Will also measure my inches at the end of June.also

    Original starting weight - 176 (Jan 1, 2018)
June starting weight - 160.4 lbs
    June goal - 155.4 lbs
    Ultimate goal - 145 lbs

    June 1st - 160.4 lbs
    June 8th - missed
    June 18th - 160.0 lbs (down 0.4 lbs)

"Why the hell did someone "woo" this excellent progress?"

I don't understand? Woo is a good reaction, no? Like: woo-woo, yay! A shout of support. Why wouldn't it be good? What is your interpretation of "woo"?

It seems that the Woo button was introduced last year to mean, "Too Good to be True." See

There's been some other discussion about it. It is confusing for sure. See

    Happy Tuesday everyone!

It's not weigh day but I hit a new daily low and a milestone so I thought I'd share. 203 even today.

30 MFP pounds gone as of today in the daily weight. 40 since starting my journey in mid 2015.

I hope to see that in the averages soon... although I've been bouncing up and down a bit - the Georgia summer heat/humidity can play games with water retention. High of 100F today I was actually surprised to see such a low number this morning - but I'll take it!

Dare I hope to see a 202 number soon?

    ONEderland someday...

Heck yeah!! That someday will be REAL soon! Congrats!
