EVERYONE'S BEFORE & AFTER PICTURES

I am totally confused as to how to add pictures to a post. I don't understand the whole IMG thing. I have pictures posted to my profile, are these the pics I can put in my post?? Do I just reply to this post?

Can someone please explain this process to me??

If you upload your pics to a site like Photobucket, one of the sharing options will be a link with tags at the end. You paste that link in the thread here when you reply then change the

First January 2011 - 156 lb, 71kg
May 2011 - 147 lb, 67kg
July 2011 - 136 lb, 62 kg

I'm hoping to hit my target soon which is 125 lb, 57 kg.
MFP helped me a lot.

Okay, I've got most of my success pics in my profile, but here they are bigger! From 280 to 159! Woot Woot!

280 (I believe at one point I was right at 300 lbs, but for a long time I did not weight myself!)

159 (I've made my ultimate goal, which I had set for 160, and now I"m in the process of toning and getting leaner and maintaining!) I'm just so thankful to God to be at this point in my life and in my weight loss journey! Praise God for the hard work and determination...the feeling of being active for life is something I look forward to and praying to instill in my children one day!

I also want to add - and I hope this doesn't get lost in the shuffle, that when you post the pictures, delete the %20 in the picture link, and replace it with a space. If you don't, the picture will not show up! Can't wait to see more pics! You guys rock!

Hi everyone!
My name is JackieI have lost a total of 30lbs!! I started in January 2011 and and then in February I got pregnant with twins.
As soon as I found out I was pregnant I stoped limiting my calorie intake and I had to stop excercising I did however log my food.
I made sure I ate all I had to feed my twins and myself.

Unfortuanatly I lost my twins when I was 4months pregnant. I got really depresed but decided not to let my depresion kill me.
I'm trying to turn it all into a positive and now my babie angels are my bigest motivation.
I decided to get up out of bed and keep going with my goal of getting back to the old me.
I miss my babies everyday especially at night I think alot and can't sleep.
I do it for them so they can be proud of their mommy and I do it for myself my health and a better life.

so it has taken me 4months to lose this weight but I think that's ok.
Here are my pictures I still have a long way to go but I know I'll get there, slowly but surely.
