Hit my summer goal.

First day of summer was weighing at 184lb. Just a couple days ago hit my goal at 144.
40 pounds lost over about a 2 and half month period time.

    I couldn't see the pictures, but good work! That's a lot of weight to lose in a relatively short time, and I'm sure you feel great!

  • Great job, hope you keep it off. To be honest be careful, to lose that amount of weight is too fast, don't be surprised if you put some of it back on.

    I'm not done with my weight loss. and its more of a life style change for me then anything.
    At the beginning it was just eat to lose a pound a week but naturally lost more weight then that
    from noob gains. Then it dropped to a pound a week. Changed my diet to lose a pound and half
    till now. Now going back to a pound a week. Its all about how you approach it too. Say maybe
    a day a eat a little over maintence? Take it as a day too feed your muscles with nutriets.
