    iv never had a rest day since I started >.<. well that's a lie. I had my first rest day on Wednesday!

    That’s insane! I couldn’t go everyday like that! Haha. My body is too sore sometimes to try to work through the pain. 😂

    ^^^ after recommitting at the end of September last year to daily fitness again and getting back into the swing of things.
    So Jan- Mar after committing to and completing Insanity Max 30, 60 day calendar and backing with with 20/40/40 (carb/fat/protein) macros. (IM30 alone was 12.5 lbs and 7.75 inches in 60 days).
    Now I'm finishing up P90x3 and then going into full maintenance, done with the 'losing' side of this lifestyle.
