Almost There - Never Going Back

Here is the difference 34 lbs makes. I feel amazing - I know I've lost this weight for the very last time. The before was even my heaviest and the after is still a work in progress. The difference is this time I know it's not coming back! Slow and steady is how I did it. Sometime slower than mud but always a downward progression! Yay me!

Stay on yourself, I told myself I was never going back. Got careless and now 5 years later 10 pounds heavier then when I started. But starting over and hope to get there again. good job

Fantastic job! You are right, slow progress is much better than quickly losing it. You should be so proud of yourself!

Nice job! I am also taking it very slow. It can be frustrating at times but I don’t binge and I know I can do this long term.

Bravo. Kudos to you and all of your hard work. I'm with others here. Keep tracking with your maintenance data points. We're not fixed once the weight releasing is done, hang onto the reins.
